A professor at the University of Michigan and director of the university's International Institute, Tessler has written extensively on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He is currently updating his book “A History of the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict” which is the topic of his talk “ Where We Are, How We Got Here, and What Might Lie Ahead.”
