War Update: Where's Saddam?

NPR's Robert Siegel talks with Ivo Daalder about the broadcast on Iraqi television of a videotape of Saddam Hussein, apparently indicating that the Iraqi leader survived the early attack from American missiles. Daalder is a senior fellow in Foreign Policy Studies at the Brookings Institution, and is the Sydney Stein Jr. Chair in International Security.
