Noël français: A Celebration of French-Canadian and French holiday music with Down East Singers & T-Acadie
French-Canadian and European French holiday choral music and Acadian folk music with T-Acadie folk ensemble. Lively dance tunes such as "Si mon moine voulait danser," arranged by Québec composer Donald Patriquin. Old favorites include Adolph Adam's "Cantique de Noël," with tenor soloist Hayden Sears, and new repertoire with soprano Robyn Tarantino singing "Make me a channel of thy peace," which combines the Bach-Gounod "Ave Maria" with a setting of the Prayer of St. Francis.
