AUGUSTA, Maine — A Waterville woman has been sentenced to four years in prison after a police raid uncovered about $40,000 worth of illegal drugs in her apartment.
The Kennebec Journal reports that Linda Battisa pleaded guilty to aggravated trafficking charges and in exchange prosecutors dismissed eight other charges on connection with the June 2013 raid.
She was sentenced in Kennebec County Superior Court to serve four years of a 10-year sentence, four years of probation and ordered to pay $1,600 in restitution.
Police say they found six ounces of crack cocaine, 46 bags of heroin, three grams of powdered cocaine and 493 oxycodone pills in her apartment.
A New York man has already been sentenced to six years in prison in connection with the raid.
