Maine Man Gets 15 Years on Drug Charges

CONCORD, N.H. - A Maine man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison on drug charges stemming from a traffic stop in New Hampshire.

A New Hampshire state trooper stopped a vehicle for speeding along Interstate 95 in Hampton in September 2012. He noticed the man driving the vehicle switching places with his female passenger. It was later determined that the man, identified as 47-year-old Frederick Drane, was driving on a suspended license out of Massachusetts.

The trooper found crack cocaine, marijuana, a digital scale, several plastic baggies and drug paraphernalia inside the woman's purse and drug evidence in the car. Both were arrested.

The woman, 32-year-old Holly Lebo of Biddeford pleaded guilty to one count of possessing crack cocaine with intent to distribute.
