The number of people hospitalized with COVID has fallen again in Maine.
It reached 177 on Wednesday, down seven from yesterday and 48 from one week ago. Nineteen patients are receiving critical care and five are on ventilators.
The Maine CDC is reporting one additional death of someone with COVID, bringing the pandemic death toll to 2,345.
Five hundred and sixty new infections have been confirmed through laboratory testing.
