Several years ago now I experienced a sudden, unexpected loss. In a moment my life changed. In order to deal with this, one of the important self care things I did included Maine Public. I set the timed radio and coffee maker to be already on to greet me when I went to the kitchen in the morning. This made the beginning of my day constant, welcoming, and less lonely.
