SANFORD, Maine - Police in Sanford, Maine, have charged a 13-year-old boy with making a threat at a junior high school.
The bomb threat was written on a restroom wall, prompting the evacuation of the school Thursday morning. Students returned to their classrooms two hours later after the school was searched and deemed to be safe.
Deputy Chief Tim Strout says an investigation by the school resource officer led to the 13-year-old. He says the boy has been charged with felony terrorizing.
