MADISON, Maine - Police say a Massachusetts woman vacationing with her husband and children is believed to have drowned in a swimming pool at a campground in Madison, Maine.
Chief Deputy James Ross of the Somerset County Sheriff's Department said a man saw Yen Ngo floating face-down in the pool Thursday evening. He says the man jumped in, pulled her from the pool, and began performing CPR while another person dialed 911.
Ngo, who was from the Boston area, was pronounced dead at Redington-Fairview General Hospital in Skowhegan. The sheriff's department is investigating, and an autopsy was to be performed.
