Obama Likely to Touch on Legacy in State of the Union
President Barack Obama's final State of the Union Address Tuesday night is likely to touch on some of the things for which he'd like to be remembered.
So what will history say about his legacy?
Keith Shortall put the question to three observers: Bowdoin government professor Andrew Rudalevige, American University's James Thurber and USM President and former Obama education deputy Glenn Cummings, who says only time — lots of time — will tell.
