346 More COVID-19 Cases, 2 Deaths In Maine

The Maine CDC has added 346 cases of COVID-19 to the state's total Thursday.

That's a one-day record, and an increase of over a third from Maine's previous record of 255, set Nov. 24.

Two new deaths related to the disease were also reported.

In all, 12,554 Mainers have been diagnosed with the disease and 220 have died. 

Six more people are hospitalized, for a total of 144.  Forty-three are in critical care, and 19 on ventilators.

Maine's positivity rate has now exceeded four percent.
