Both of Maine's U.S. House representatives, Chellie Pingree and Jared Golden, voted Tuesday in favor of a resolution condemning President Donald Trump for a series of racist tweets about four Democratic lawmakers.Pingree, of Maine's 1st District, and Golden, who represents Maine's 2nd District, joined all Democrats in the House in voting for the resolution.
The final vote was 240 to 187. Most Republicans voted against the resolution, but four Republicans and one independent voted with Democrats.
