Good Reads: Top Maine Writers Discuss Their New Works & Recommend Good Stay-At-Home Books

One silver lining of the stay-at-home orders is the chance to read some good books. We talk with some top Maine writers about their recently published works, and hear their recommendations for what to read during this period of isolation--and beyond.

  • Wes McNair is a poet, author and educator whose most recent book of poems is Dwellers in the House of the Lord. He has been selected for many fellowships, grants and awards, and he was poet laureate of Maine from 2011 to 2016.
