Maine CDC Reports 1 New Death, 32 Additional Cases Of COVID-19

The Maine Center for Disease Control Friday is reporting an additional death associated with COVID-19, a woman in her 70s from Androscoggin County. There have been 129 deaths related to COVID-19 in Maine.

The Center is also reporting 32 additional cases of COVID-19. Thirty-four new cases were reported. Some cases previously reported were reclassified, making a net increase of 32.

There are 458 active cases of COVID-19 in the state. Currently, seven people who have the disease are being hospitalized. One individual is in critical care and one is on a ventilator.
