Maine Public is once again a proud media partner of this year's Maine Jewish Film Festival, and we are hoping you have a chance to get out and see some of the great films and documentaries being featured!
Some of the highlights of the 2020 Festival include the showing of a documentary about the creation of the iconic hit musical Fiddler on the Roof, a dramedy about a 12-year-old aspiring chef in Brooklyn whose attempts to tap into his Jewish and Arab roots to create fusion cuisine create both dilemmas and affirmation, a documentary about the world famous conductor Zubin Mehta, and the true story about how the Volkswagen Beetle was created.
The entire schedule can be seen on the festival’s website, mjff.org.
Maine Public Members do receive a special ticket discount to all ticketed shows except Opening Night and Closing Night. Use the code MP2020 when purchasing tickets.
