Maine Public

This show is being broadcast live at 1 p.m. from the Camden Conference; we welcome the public to join us there.

David Brancaccio and Nicco Mele join us to discuss the theme of this year’s Camden Conference — how technology is shaping the flow of information and how it is used. We’ll examine whether and how traditional media might survive and, if so, in what form.

Guests

Nicco Mele, one of America’s leading forecasters of business, politics, and culture in our fast-moving digital age. He is on the faculty at the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics, and Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. From 2016 to 2019, Nicco was the director of the center.

David Brancaccio, host and senior editor of American Public Media’s Marketplace Morning Report. His work has earned some of the highest honors in broadcast journalism, including the Peabody, the Columbia-duPont, the Emmy, and the Walter Cronkite awards.
