Maine Public is a media sponsor of the Portland Symphony Orchestra — Maine Bicentennial: Eckart Conducts American Classics on Sunday afternoon, March 15, at Portland's Merrill Auditorium. Director Eckart Preu will conduct music from Maine and the Americas, including a new work from Maine composer Daniel Sonenberg called First Light: A Fanfare for Maine.

PISTON: The Incredible Flutist (Ballet Suite)
ARTURO MÁRQUEZ: Concerto for Harp "Mascaras" (Masks)
