Maine’s Secretary of State Matt Dunlap - a member of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity – has twice declined to provide Maine voter information to the Commission. We’ll discuss why Maine and many other states will not share voter information, as well as the underlying debate over voter fraud and voter suppression. President Trump, Governor LePage and other Republicans say they believe voter fraud is widespread. Others believe that voter fraud is a non-issue, and that overblown charges of fraud are cover for nefarious voter suppression efforts.
