PORTLAND, Maine - Portland Police are searching for a man who went missing Friday night.  Authorities say Robert Koch, 52, left his Riverside Street residence at about 8:30 p.m., and mentioned going to the Trolley Park on Forest Avenue.

Koch has medical conditions that might have altered his mental state, officials say. He might have been seen at the 7Eleven at Forest Avenue and Riverside Street early Saturday morning, but that has not been confirmed.

Koch is described as a white male, 5'4" tall and weighing 158 pounds.  He's balding and has brown hair on the sides and back of his head, and a full beard and mustache.

Koch was last seen wearing blue jeans, a long-sleeved maroon shirt over a gray t-shirt, and a white baseball hat.

The Portland Police Department is asking anyone who has seen or had contact with Koch to contact the department at 874-8575.
