This morning class for artists of all levels offers six-weeks’ relaxed, supportive, and energizing exploration of the rich medium of drawing. At the initial meeting, the group will determine together the direction of our focus. The instructor will provide resources and offer demos based on the interests of the group. Participants are expected to bring work in progress to share and continue. Class starts Tuesday, November 6, 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM through December 10. Course fee $89. Instructor Deb Vendetti holds a BFA in Painting (UMass Dartmouth) with Graduate studies in Creative Photography (Cranbrook). She has been active in the local arts community since 1981; Education Coordinator at the Farnsworth Museum (1987-1998); local chair, Union of Maine Visual Artists (2003-2008, and 2022-present). She has led adult drawing workshops for Maine Crafts Association, Lincoln Street Center, Round Top, Orppersdorf Studio, and CHRHS.
