COMPOSTING TOURS AND DEMONSTRATIONS (10am and 12pm): Come learn about Aerated Static Pile composting and learn about how food scraps collected by Garbage to Garden get recycled into nutrient-rich compost!

SEEDLING SALE: offering a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, and flowers grown in our greenhouse. (Vegetables include tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, kale, lettuce, Swiss chard, broccolini, Brussels sprouts, eggplant, pumpkin, summer and winter squash. Herbs: basil, dill, cilantro, oregano, among others. Flowers: marigolds, zinnias, calendula, nasturtium, cosmos, celosia, and more.)

KIDS' ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
• Face painting, temporary tattoos, and coloring station
• Participate in a planting activity and see what's growing in the demonstration garden
• Meet the farm goats... and more!

Located just 20 minutes from Portland, Burrill Farm Road is right off Rt 302, then follow the signs to Fern Song Farm.
