The New Castle Historical Society is organizing a living history weekend on New Castle Common, complete with a period encampment, New England military reenactors portraying frontier soldiers from 1623-1783, and colonial artisans. The artisans attending will include a medical surgeon, laundry lady, corn husk doll maker, herbalist/healer, spinner and blacksmith.

The Whoa Nellie! food truck will be on-site from 10am-7:30pm on June 24th.
