Spring emerges slowly. Trees have been working all winter to develop buds, ready to unfurl into leaves. Birdsong begins tentatively, building to a crescendo of mating calls. The snowmelt begins, and drop by drop, a hint of green appears. At first, you might notice a tuft of grass or a single crocus bursting through the snow. And then, almost overnight, the world is buzzing with vibrant new growth.

Slow Blooming is a fully immersive 8-week course where you’ll be able to slow down and connect with a single tree as it awakens from its winter hibernation. Throughout the course, you’ll also begin to change, expanding your awareness of the tremendous natural transformations that occur every single day.
