10 more deaths and 1,302 new coronavirus cases reported in Maine on Thursday

Maine is reporting 1,302 new cases of the coronavirus on Thursday.

That continues a trend of some of the highest daily case counts of the pandemic for the last few weeks.

The state CDC says 10 additional people have died with COVID-19.

The number of hospitalized COVID patients has jumped this week, hitting 382 on Wednesday. There were 117 people in critical care and 59 on ventilators.
