Belfast Chamber Music: "Home and Hearth," Charity Benefit Concert
Belfast Chamber Music (BCM) is pleased to announce its second-annual charity benefit concert, Home and Hearth, on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at 3:00 PM at The First Church in Belfast UCC, 8 Court Street. BCM Artistic Director Philipp Elssner (violin/viola) will be joined by visiting artists Olena Kaspersky, violin, and Jacob Wang, piano. Admission is free; donations will be gratefully accepted in support of the Midcoast Maine Homeless Coalition and Waldo County Bounty. The program will feature beloved favorites as well as lesser-known gems by Mozart, Tchaikovsky, Bacewicz, Karabyts, Schumann, and others.
Founded in 2024 by local artists, Belfast Chamber Music is dedicated to enriching the community through the transformative power of chamber music. BCM’s mission is to provide accessible, high-quality musical experiences that inspire, educate, and connect diverse audiences — fostering collaboration among local musicians, supporting emerging talent, and featuring touring artists.
