Chris weaves an array of amusing tales that deal with the often-fraudulent nature of the stories we tell ourselves. The title How’s Thursday? comes from a bizarre incident related to one of the dozens of commercials the author’s starred in. It’s amazing what people will believe if they see it on a screen. Other stories deal with being lost, being blinded by routine, believing the impossible, and dealing with that thing that’s coming for us all, like it or not.
