Learn to make pupusas -- a traditional, delicious, and much-loved Salvadoran food -- at this workshop and fundraiser! Participate in the pupusa-making process from start to finish, try curtido, and learn some cuilinary history. Participants will get a delicious lunch, too!
This event is cosponsored by the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association (MOFGA) and the Maine Grain Alliance (MGA). Proceeds go to MOFGA's El Salvador Sistering Committee, which supports grassroots sustainable agriculture efforts in El Salvador.
