Come see Lori's studio and her newest art...some encaustic (pigmented beeswax) paintings as well as lots of new acrylics. Her paintings are an exploration of the magic of color and movement. She hopes her work reflects a deep respect for our planet and it's beauty and the significance of the connection between all living things, including us!! Learn about oyster farming from some of Maine’s premier oyster growers on this tasty two-hour river cruise! Hear how oysters are cultivated, harvested, and taken to market, and discover why the watersheds where they are grown impact their flavor. Each guest will receive a ticket for a dozen oysters on the half-shell and a beverage of choice including selections from our beer and wine list. With scenic views, wildlife sightings, sit back and learn about Maine’s oyster industry, then sample some of the tastiest treats the Maine coast has to offer. Additional oysters can be purchased aboard for $3/each. Tickets for ages 6 & under include ½ dozen oysters and beverage.

A free chess club open to anyone over the age of 10. All levels of experience are welcome. We have boards, but feel free to bring your own.

New England's largest walk-through light show. 1 mile trail, over 2 million lights and trees wrapped heights of over 90 feet.

Come try out water polo with Southern Maine Water Polo! We are a club that welcomes all newcomers. The only requirement for the sport is that you are an experienced swimmer. We will help to teach the fundamentals of the sport throughout practice. Expect a fantastic workout while playing this fun sport! Make sure to check out our website for any changes to our schedule. We do not practice on holiday weekends.

Scottish Country Dance is the ballroom dance of Scotland, done in longwise sets of several couples. We meet weekly to learn and enjoy the dances. All dances are taught. We recommend soft soled, flexible shoes. Bring a water bottle. There is a beginner/preview session at 5 p.m. by request. Note, we do not dance during the month of December.
