We are so excited to partner with another fantastic woman-owned business for this fabulous offering!
Join us for an evening yoga class and sunset sauna at Cedar Grove Sauna in Montville.
We'll be teaching a 60 minute yoga class @ 4p and will have the sauna reserved until 7p. This will be a swimsuit sauna to keep everyone comfortable. Consider arriving in a suit, as there are limited private places to change.
This workshop has limited space and has room for 12. Be sure to preregister to save your spot!
