AUGUSTA, Maine - A Maine man who pleaded guilty to charges of sexually assaulting a child and videotaping the attacks is set to be sentenced.
WMTW-TV reports Eric Bard of Sidney pleaded guilty in August to 21 counts, including gross sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact and sexual exploitation of a minor. Authorities say the charges involve a 4-year-old girl Bard was babysitting.
Bard was arrested in July 2012 and pleaded guilty on the second day of his trial. His case has taken place at Kennebec County Superior Court in Augusta.
