PORTLAND, Maine — Police here are looking for a man who they say held up a convenience store at gunpoint late Tuesday night.
Police say a man entered the Gulf Mart on Congress Street around 10:30 p.m. and, displaying a handgun, demanded cash. He was not given the money and ended up fleeing into the night.
He's described as a white male of average height and build wearing a black shirt with a grey hoodie and blue jeans.
