Halcyon returns to GMRI for another thought-provoking performance piece based on the impacts of sea level rise in Portland. Halcyon cultivates environmental stewardship through music and the arts. Their immersive debut performance of Rise Up! Portland will incorporate images and video of sea level rise impacts our community is already experiencing with future projections and written context.

An interactive panel discussion will follow the performance featuring GMRI experts, alongside local climate action decision-makers, to engage in conversation and build resilience as a community.
