Celebrating its 5th year, Sounds by the Sea began in 2021 to foster community and enjoyment of live music in our cherished park. This free, family-oriented six-week summer concert series occurs on Mondays at 6:00 pm, starting after Independence Day. Concerts rotate between the Bandstand and the Picnic Shelter, made possible by the generous support of local business sponsors.

Fundraising raffle of a Savage Axis with Scope, caliber 30-06. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Raffle follows all State and Federal Laws. Proceeds will benefit the St. George Masonic Lodge #16 in Warren ME.
Tickets are $10 each or 3 for $20.

On The Rise : Art Exhibition
Join us for On The Rise. An art exhibit from the 2026 calendar and previous editions currently running until January 2026.

Join us for Maine Craft Weekend Oct 4th & 5th 2025. The Alan Claude Gallery gallery will be open 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. Join the Lewiston Public Library for Baby Storytime in-person in the Children’s Department weekly on Tuesdays* from 10:15am to 11:15am.
*(The Library will be closed on Tuesday, November 11th in observance of Veterans Day.)

Recommended for children ages 0 – 3 years old and their caregivers.

Enjoy an interactive storytime with your baby that includes early literacy fun with books, songs, rhymes and body movement. Play and social time immediately follow the program.

This program is free, open to the public, and no registration is required. Siblings are always welcome.

Please stay home if you or your child are sick and not feeling well.

The Lewiston Public Library is located downtown at 200 Lisbon Street at the corner of Pine Street.

The Sip n’ Clay series includes all materials: clay, glazes, two kiln firings, tools, and includes two tickets for in-house beverages. You will be working with high-fired stoneware clay, exploring forms, texture, clad bodies and hand-building. PICK-UP: TBD.

Workshop is taught by Kathy Banks, a forty-year veteran of pottery instruction.
