On The Rise : Art Exhibition
Join us for On The Rise. An art exhibit from the 2026 calendar and previous editions currently running until January 2026.

Join us for Maine Craft Weekend Oct 4th & 5th 2025. The Alan Claude Gallery gallery will be open 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. The Lewiston Public Library will be offering drop-in Preschool Playdates from 10:30am-12:30pm on Saturdays* in the Children’s program room.
*(The Library will be closed on Saturday, 8/30 in observance of Labor Day & Saturday, 11/29 in observance of Thanksgiving.)

Drop-in and join us for Preschool Playdates! Preschoolers and their families are invited to stop in during our Preschool Playdates to engage in imaginative play and build friendships. A variety of toys, games, and crafts will be available during all sessions.

The programs will take place in the Children’s Program Room on the 3rd floor.

The programs are free and there is no registration required. All families with children between the ages of 2-6 are welcome to attend. Siblings are also welcome.

The Caverns await…

Join Kennebec Behavioral Health for our 10th annual fundraiser, A Night Out. The evening will include a dueling pianos, Vegas-style showcase called "Keys to the City" with Jim Ciampi and Seth Holbrook. This request-based sing-along showcase will combine comedy with music. All proceeds benefit KBH's College Scholarship Fund which supports Maine students pursuing an education in the behavioral health field.

You are requested to attend the Jane Austen Regency Ball at Lewiston Public Library. Learn English Country Dancing and enjoy complimentary light refreshments at this free, after-hours event.

Regency attire and fancy dress encouraged. Ages 13+ No registration required.

This American Legion Post #36 Breakfast Buffet has been a tradition spanning many years now. Aside from a few minor unforeseen and unavoidable changes, most everything else remains the same. All who enter the Legion Hall doors on a Breakfast Buffet Sunday, will get a great meal for a fair price/donation, get to see old friends and/or family, or meet someone interesting for the first time. The menu items have satisfied many folks over the years, and I have no doubt that this year will be no different. So come and enjoy the Legion Buffet Breakfast this season, enjoy the food, enjoy the camaraderie, and learn how you (Yes, You) can play a key role in this year's breakfast season - or next year's season. There are a number of very important people who make these breakfasts a success each year, if you have any interest in becoming a volunteer or member of the breakfast crew - ask for the least important person in the mix (Christopher) when you arrive for breakfast. These breakfast buffets take place every other Sunday starting on April 2, 2025.
