Kick off the weekend with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, mingle with artists and friends, and raise a glass to Watershed's founders as we dedicate our new hillside garden in their name. Steps from Acadia National Park’s entrance, this outdoor summer festival in Maine invites you to browse a Native arts market with over 50 talented Indigenous artisans, enjoy live music and performances celebrating Native traditions, and engage in workshops and discussions by Wabanaki and other Indigenous leaders about climate change, food sovereignty, and the power of storytelling.
Join us for the Summer Harbor Arts Fair on July 12 & 13 in Camden's historic Harbor Park and Amphitheatre. Featuring 90 fine art and craft vendors, book sale, live music and community art project.
The Harbor Arts Fair has been an annual event in Camden since 1983. It's a dynamic focal point of creative expression that pairs art enthusiasts with beautiful creations.
With artists from all over Maine, New England and several from further afield, you will find treasures, thoughtful gifts, or pieces to grow your art collection. Artist mediums include: ceramics, fiber, functional art, glass, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, wood, and works on paper.
Accompanying the art fair, the Camden Public Library's summer book sale will take place in the Meadow parking lot adjacent to the Ampitheatre. An eclectic group of local musicians will play throughout the weekend. And look for the large-scale cyanotype or sunprint community art project, taking place around noon both Saturday and Sunday across the street from the library in Harbor Park.
