One more Mainer has died with COVID-19 — a man in his 60s from Kennebec County, according to the state Center for Disease Control.
And another 172 cases of the disease have been added to the state's total.
That brings the death toll to 729, with 48,464 cases identified since the pandemic began.
The Maine CDC is next expected to brief the public on the pandemic at 2 p.m. Tuesday — the same day Mainers ages 50 and older will become eligible for vaccination. Maine Public will stream the briefing on radio, TV and online.
