Boothbay Region Historical Society's Spring Clean-Up
Boothbay Region Historical Society's Spring Clean-Up
The Boothbay Region Historical Society is planning a spring clean-up day on Saturday, April 27th from 9am-12pm. The public is invited to come along and help out with a variety of small outdoor tasks including raking, pruning, weeding, and picking up brush. We’ll have some tools, but feel free to bring your own and/or gloves. To entice you along, we’ll be providing pastries and coffee and taking things at a nice easy pace. This is also the perfect opportunity to visit the museum (open from 10am-2pm) before the summer rush starts, learn about the benefits of membership, hear about our plans for the future, or get more information about volunteering with us. We have volunteer positions open for digitization, database work, collections care, maintenance and more! No RSVP required, but you can contact Executive Director, Aimee Keithan at alkeithan@boothbayhistorical.org or (207) 633.0820 with questions. Saturday’s weather looks perfect for laughter, friends, coffee & treats, and a bit of spring clean-up too!
