"Songs of Consolation"
Spring Concerts - Saturday, May 4th at 3PM. Our focal piece is John Rutter’s Requiem (much of which he wrote in tribute to his late father). It will feature a chamber ensemble, soprano solo and our mixed chorus. Additionally, we will perform 3 choral pieces by Samuel Barber, 3 modern day madrigal by Emma Lou Diemer and Elaine Hagerberg’s “Alleluia”. This is a concert that is sure to please.
