Mature Mainers of any age are invited to attend the Southern Maine Successful Aging Expo and Successful Aging Forum, October 3, 2024, is at the Hilton Garden Inn, 5 Park St., Freeport. The free expo will feature 40+ exhibitors, talks and free coffee. Door prizes (including a night at the Hilton and two round-trip tickets on the Downeaster) and demos make for a fun and free day.
