True North Theatre proudly announces its Winter 2023 production of “Sylvia,” written by A.R. Gurney and directed by Tellis K. Coolong.

Greg’s career as a financial trader is winding down, while Kate’s career as an English teacher is beginning to offer her more opportunities. After a rough day of work, Greg brings home Sylvia, a dog he found in the park. Sylvia’s presence in the house becomes a major bone of contention between husband and wife... and between wife and dog.

“Sylvia” will be performed at the Cyrus Pavilion Theatre, 6 Sebago Road, UMaine, Orono, ME. Performance Dates and Times are January 6-8 and 13-15. (Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm and Sundays at 2pm)
