WATERVILLE, Maine (AP) An indictment says a Maine man charged in the death of a 92-year-old for whom he used to do household chores, also stole two rings from the man's home.
Police arrested 44-year-old Roland Cummings in May.
Investigators say Cummings stabbed AureleFecteau to death and burglarized his Waterville home on May 20. Fecteau's body was found three days later by a relative.
The Morning Sentinel reports that an indictment filed on Friday charges Cummings with murder, two counts of burglary and theft.
He is being held at the Kennebec County jail. It was not immediately known if he had hired a lawyer.
