Join us for a special literary evening with Gorham High School English teacher Dave Patterson, and GHS seniors Ruby Couture and Ben Brown.

In addition to teaching at GHS for 16 years, Dave Patterson is a fiction writer, journalist, and musician. He is the author of the acclaimed novels, Soon the Light Will be Perfect, and Euphoria: Ten Maine Stories. He’ll talk about how teaching has shaped his writing and the joys of working with student writers, and read from his new book. We’ll also hear short pieces read by Ruby Couture and Ben Brown.
