Upper Saco Cultural Alliance (USCA) serves the Fryeburg area with community gathering activities. Cafe USCA is an afternoon of drop-in activities including board games, a light fare potluck dinner and adult story time where we share personal tales on a theme. November 15th theme is "Experiences with a Flat Tire".
