Community Food Rescue and Waste Reduction
Scrap Dogs co-owner Tessa Rosenberry, Kristie Kosalski from Come Spring/Gleaners, and student representatives from the
Windplanners sustainability group at Camden Hills Regional High school will speak with us about their efforts to capture
uneaten food and deliver it to peoples’ tables and to farmers as compost.
This is the second event in our series titled Wasted Food Challenges and Community Solutions. This event is free to the public.
