Mount Desert Summer Chorale presents Carmina Burana

The Mount Desert Summer Chorale will present Carmina Burana this year in Ellsworth and Bar Harbor. This cantata, composed in 1935 and 1936 by Carl Orff, is based on 24 poems from the medieval collection Carmina Burana. Don't miss this performance of this well-loved classic piece! Admission is $20. Come at 7 p.m. for a pre-concert talk by music director David Schildkret
