Peaceful Means, a musical duo featuring Heather Pierson and Leah Boyd, invite people to gather for an afternoon of music, communication and community!

Enjoy this fun and interactive musical experience to build a sense of safety and community while increasing communication and self care skills. Listen, join in, move….participate at your own comfort level, no musical or communication skills experience required!

Attendance is by donation and all proceeds benefit Maine Health Food Pantry in Norway, Maine. This event is also part of Campaign Nonviolence Days of Action from Sept 21 to Oct 2, 2025, when people from all over the globe will be organizing and hosting events for social change and nonviolence.
