The Doyle Family Farm at 515 Garland Road in West Newfield, Maine will be welcoming visitors on Sat. Sept. 20 & Sun. Sept. 21, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. rain or shine for their End-of-the-Season Perennial and Herb Sale. Fall is a perfect time to plant perennials. Perennials and herbs in 4-inch pots will be on sale for $2.50 instead of the normal $4.50 price. Plants in larger pots will each be reduced by two dollars. Proceeds from the sale benefit the Unique Maine Farms' project. Copies of the Unique Maine Farms book (signed by the author) will also be available for purchase. Venmo, cash, or check are accepted.
