The Brain and Age: Dr. Susan Wehry MD

The Brain and Age: Dr. Susan Wehry MD

May is designated Older Americans Month by the Administration for Community Living. The 2022 theme is “Age my way,” focusing on exploring how older adults can remain in and be involved with their communities. The issue is particularly important in Maine, which holds the distinction of being the nation’s oldest state, with the highest percentage of residents over the age of 65.

Susan Wehry, M.D., chief of Geriatrics and associate clinical professor in the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, will be a guest speaker at McArthur Library on Tuesday, May 17th at 1:00 p.m. Dr. Wehry will be discussing brain health and aging*. Questions are welcome. The talk will be a hybrid event, you may attend in person or virtually. A registration link is available on the library’s website: https://www.mcarthurlibrary.org/
