We are celebrating National Ugly Sweater Day this year with a bang! It's time to dig out the ugliest holiday sweater from the back of your closet and don it to help a fantastic local organization, Coastal Dreams Rescue & Sanctuary in Bucksport. You can stop by any time during the event and get your picture taken for a 1.00 donation We will post it on Facebook for people to choose which they like the best. The winner will receive a $20 gift certificate to our shop. We also will have a special category for kids and even pets! We can take the pet pictures outside or you can submit online if you don't live local.
Ellisha the founder will be here on Friday and Saturday from 1 - 5 with stockings you can decorate to fill for the pets for their event on Sunday at Portable Pie Place.
We also will have special activities/treats and an entrance to a raffle for any donations of $10+! We will have ornaments to decorate and take home, a hot drink of your choice and a sweet or too! We will have a link if you wish to purchase an early ticket for this.
You also are invited to drop off items for the animals at Coastal Dreams. We will be posting a list of what they need after Thanksgiving. Hope to see you all there
