PERU, Maine — Maine State Police say the death of a woman in the town of Peru is suspicious.
Spokesman Steve McCausland says 57-year-old Paula Nuttall was found dead Saturday morning in the kitchen of the home she shares with four other family members.
McCausland says one of them was taken to the hospital with undisclosed, non-life-threatening injuries.
An autopsy will be performed on Nuttall to determine her cause of death.
An investigation is underway and police say they don't think anybody else is involved.
